A spectacular dinner in the Dinosaur Room? Only with Berlin Cuisine! We served a seated menu for 75 people at the Natural History Museum. The three-course meal started with sweet potato and cilantro mint salad and coconut vinaigrette. For the main course, we had beef with truffle and celery and served espuma of Berliner Luft with raspberries and meringue for a sweet finish. Wondering if the dinos were jealous of the button explosions in the room? That will forever remain a mystery.
