With its four vaulted chimneys and red clinker façade, the Malzfabrik is as an impressive monument that can be seen far and wide. It is a vibrant home to many artists and small companies from different industries. In addition, the Malzfabrik – unlike hardly any other location in Berlin – offers a variety of very different event spaces, from its basement to its roof. In the Kachelhaus (tiled house) alone, six areas between 80 and 425 sqm are available.
In addition, a dozen other off-locations such as the former factory’s cold room, roofs, spiral halls or the pelleting facility can be used. There is also a 15,000 sqm green outdoor area – perfect for open-air events such as summer parties, weddings and company celebrations.
