H&G anniversary at the Malzfabrik

“Back to Kit Kat Club” was the motto of H&G Hansen & Gieraths IT Solutions GmbH´s party - and we staged our food stations accordingly, inspired by the lighting design of the legendary Berlin club. We provided visual and culinary highlights in colorful neon light. Around 120 guests came together at the Malzfabrik in Berlin to celebrate H&G's sixth anniversary.

 

They were greeted at a market stall in the entrance area with welcome finger food: beef tartare in a shortcrust tartelette, confit lobster tail with curried kohlrabi or avruga caviar on a potato cylinder. The vegetarian and vegan selection ranged from clear gazpacho with olive oil caviar to mushroom-based “no scallop”.

 

At our bright food stations, we served dishes such as pink-cooked beef in a glass aquarium, vegan smoked lax with dashi, freshly sliced sashimi straight from the ice block and a garden mash with furikake, salsa and parsley emulsion.

 

Our desserts also provided visual and culinary highlights: cucumber frozen in nitrogen with raspberry mousse and freshly baked brioche with vanilla ice cream, crème patisserie - dipped in dark chocolate.
