For us at Berlin Cuisine, sustainability isn’t a buzzword. Sustainability is an essential element of our corporate strategy. We want to exceed our customers’ expectations before and after the event. As a progressive company, we strive to develop new, innovative approaches in the market. We don’t see taking responsibility for society and the environment as being in conflict with efficiency and economic success. We have clearly defined our goal: Berlin Cuisine is striving to be the most sustainable event caterer in the upscale business segment in Germany.

Our ambition is to provide flawless service in every situation. We seek to win over the confidence of our customers and all other stakeholders by complying diligently with industry-specific laws, our own internal compliance guidelines and our code of conduct.

Berlin Cuisine is committed to the following goals regarding responsible behaviour as part of its corporate strategy: 

 – Core goal: “Sustainable Meetings Leader”
 – Sub-goal: Organic, sustainable growth → Introduction of “KPI customer satisfaction” by the end of 2020

Product responsibility

We ensure food safety through consistent quality management and we are continuously expanding our range of services and products with sustainable innovations. Berlin Cuisine is committed to the following goals regarding product responsibility as part of our corporate strategy:

– Core goal: QMS (HACCP) and expansion of our sustainable product portfolio
– Sub-goal: A new, sustainable event concept every quarter of the year

Employees and Society

– Sub-goal: Certification of an environmental management system (EMAS, 14001) by the end of 2021
