Do you want to know how to transform a spectacular cinema event into an absolute highlight? We demonstrated it in the best possible form at the German Film Awards 2023, held at the Theater am Potsdamer Platz. With a flying menu and a variety of food stations, we catered to 1000 film lovers, providing them with an extraordinary culinary experience – and all of it 100% vegan for 1600 guests!
From an exotic Thai salad with delicious coconut vinaigrette to a vegan potato tartar – our appetizers delighted everyone. However, the undisputed highlight of the evening was the mashed potato with linseed emulsion and field caviar – a truly astonishing flavor creation. To end on a sweet note, we delighted the guests with delectable waffles on sticks accompanied by vegan toppings and refreshing grapefruit with coconut mousse.
