Since the LucaNet AG Christmas party 2021 had to be cancelled, it was made up for as a spring party at Quasimodo. On this occasion, we brought two of our Giant Grills and set up food stations on the terrace. We served celery kebab, Brick Chicken, salmon, a brand new BBQ concept with Mexican Caesar salad and Char Siu - Chinese pork neck. For dessert, the 230 guests could spoon Burning Alaska - grilled pineapple with coconut sorbet, mango and coconut crisp. Quesadillas with savory cheddar concluded the evening as a midnight snack.
