Deloitte Germany celebrated their corporate summer event at Clärchens Ballhaus. For this event we put together a flying menu for 175 people. We surprised the guests with veggie "Strammer Max" from potato cream, Berliner Burger with Spreewald gherkins, fjord salmon with potatoes, beef with truffled celery cream and root vegetables. For dessert we served Berliner Luft - espuma of Berliner Luft with raspberry and meringue. Good mood in the historical ballroom! Many thanks for the professional event organization.
