What will the future of work look like? This question was discussed at the renowned Hans Böckler Foundation at its two-day “LABOR.A 2019” conference. Cafe Moskau in Berlin was chosen as the venue for exchange and discussion. We were at the get-together on the opening night: We served the 380 visitors fresh burgers and beef dishes as well as food in jars with our flying menu. For dessert we served up a delicious panna cotta. Thank you for the invitation and the professional organization.
