On May 11, 2023, Berlin Cuisine transformed the Quasimodo in Berlin into a place of culinary glamour for the BUNTE New Faces Award Film Event. Inspired by Hollywood's glitz, 350 guests were immersed in an atmosphere reminiscent of a classic movie premiere.
The food trucks from Berlin Cuisine offered a variety of dishes that seamlessly embraced the Hollywood theme. Standouts included our Pomeranian beef burger with crisp vegetables, and the "Champignon Champion" burger, a distinctive slider with grilled Portobello mushroom and roasted extract mayo, presented in red burger buns to suit the event. The Poke Bowls were a hit, both the one with ceviche and pineapple and the vegan option with sweet potato, impressing with their freshness and vibrant presentation. To satisfy sweet cravings, we served our divine sweets, including a creamy New York cheesecake topped with raspberries and our all-time-favorite, the chocolate brownie with pecans and blueberries, as a delightful finale.
