In the heart of Berlin, in the impressive setting of the STATION Berlin, over 1,000 guests gathered for the German Jubilee Foundation Day. The motto “ZukunftsFest - Gemeinsam Chancen stiften” was the inspiring main theme of the day, while Berlin Cuisine provided culinary accents that were sure to be remembered. 


For lunch, we served a traditional Berlin potato soup, enhanced by crispy red onions, and an avant-garde tomato and peach soup – a  real must-try. In the evening, appetizers in a glass, such as the classic Caesar salad and the refreshing Thai salad, provided a perfect livening up. The main courses, of course, were the center of attention here. Our pasta tossed in a Parmesan loaf and topped with choice herbs impressed with both its intense flavor and aesthetic presentation, along with the Thai curry with coconut milk, eggplant and pineapple, which conveyed summer feelings with every bite. Culinary highlights that stay in the memory for a long time.


But at Berlin Cuisine, we know: An event doesn't end until dessert is served. At the food stations, we offered yogurt mousse with a hint of mango and crispy waffles with a variety of toppings, baked live on site.
