100th anniversary of Schauinsland-Reisen 2018

Schauinsland-Reisen celebrated their 100th anniversary in 2018. The Duisburg-based company is one of the largest tourism providers in Germany. It invited around 1,200 guests to celebrate their big one hundred at the venue Berlin Motorwerk. We had the honour of presenting our contemporary taste on this special occasion. In addition to a flying menu with food in jars, sushi and waffles on a stick, we also served the ‘rocket’ – our signature dish. The special of the event: homemade ice cream, freshly prepared on our teppanyaki grill. Many thanks to Schauinsland-Reisen for the successful birthday party.
