As part of Fashion Week 2017, the well-known fashion label Marc Cain hosted an after show party at the Telekom Representative Office. We got the 600 guests ready for the night with, among other things, Berlin currywurst, which we complimented with our homemade special sauce and purple potato chips. Accompanied by a light soup made from celery, red beets and purple curry. And as dessert, waffle on a stick along with black comets – a scoop of raspberry sorbet topped with white chocolate and cornflakes. We also served fruity-fresh gin-and-vodka creations over dry ice in test tubes. A successful party overall – a big thank you for the collaboration.
