Atlantik-Brücke celebrated its 70th anniversary this year and invited guests to the Große Orangerie Schloss Charlottenburg. We put together a mix of all-day snacks, finger food, food stations and desserts for 400 guests. Choices included roast beef, salmon and pasta, braised eggplant with goat cheese, beef with celery and truffles. Finger food included Tartelettes, Arancini and pickled melon with lime zest and martini gel and fruit as a healthy snack. Berliner Luft, brownies and cheesecake provided the sweet ending.
