In November 2023, we transformed the AVUS Tribüne into a dynamic networking event for SCC EVENTS GmbH. As part of the “Smart Country Convention”, we designed a catering experience that was characterized by style, innovation and conciseness. Under the planning of Hannah, our location manager, and in close collaboration with Ulrich Schuster, we organized an event that reflected both the lively ambience and the innovative spirit of the trade fair. Our team developed a tailor-made food concept for 75 participants that perfectly combined our Contemporary Taste with the vibrant character of the event.
The culinary highlights of the event included the refreshing Thai salad, the Green Power Bowl with smashed avocado, young kale, chipotle cream, green apple and fried prawn and our original OX Cheek Ramen. Each dish reflected our careful balance of creativity and tradition. The country chicken, served with creamed peas, crunchy sugar snap peas and cream sauce, also drew a crowd, while the “Death by Chocolate” and “Berliner Luft” desserts created a buzz.
