On December 7, 2023, Berlin Cuisine once again demonstrated its expertise as a leading event caterer in Berlin. This time at the stylish Christmas party of the Deutsche Bahn in the impressive AVUS Tribüne. Under the direction of Hannah, we created an unforgettable Xmas Flying Menu that not only offered the 80 guests an evening full of elegance, but also culinary innovation.


Our culinary creations for this winter event reflected the festive theme in every detail. Of particular note was the smoked duck breast, which marked the start of the menu served. The winter salad, consisting of lamb's lettuce, red chicory, plucked king oyster mushrooms, plums, crunchy smoked almonds and punch dressing, added a fresh and lively touch. Both the tenderly prepared shoulder of beef and the delicate trout were convincing main courses with their subtle seasoning and texture. The portobello mushroom, as a vegetarian option, showed our passion for creatively serving different flavors.


Our desserts – dôme au chocolat and cheesecake in a glass – were the perfect end to the evening. Every detail, from the presentation to the last bite, showed our passion for the craft and the desire to surprise and excite at every event.
