What was our food concept during these three days, filled with lively discussions and diverse ideas? Of course, our food stations that provided all kinds of culinary surprises! As snacks, the guests enjoyed fresh sandwiches, which were filled with antipasti vegetables or with ham and peppers. For the main course, we served two kinds of gnocchi, with ricotta and pangritata or broccoli and arugula. The sunny weather, as well as our Giant Grill, made our BBQ stations with their variety of sausage types a true highlight of the event. The All-Day-Long stations also offered the following selected desserts throughout all event days: Our all-time favorite waffles on a stick as well as homemade carrot cake served with lemony vanilla icing and crunchy pumpkin seeds.
