BASF has been participating in the EPCA (European Petrochemical Association) trade show for years and traditionally starts with a customer event on the eve of the show. This year a set menu was planned for 100 guests at the Vollgutlager Berlin. As a starter/flying amuse we served: Beef Tatar, Golden Egg, Salmon and Gold Arancini. At the following 4-course menu we started with our Sustainable classic, the Sunflower, followed by Tomate hoch 3 as an intermediate course. For the main course we had Txogitxu - Galician Beef Fillet with Spinach and Truffle and for dessert we served Grapefruit with Yogurt Spuma and our Vegan Chocolate Mousse - Death by Chocolate.
