On the premises of the Hamburg shipyard Blohm+Voss, the German music industry association Bundesverband der Musikindustrie presented the Echo Jazz Awards 2017. At the reception and after show party, we wowed the 560 guests with appetizers in our flying service, offering among other things our signature dish: “the rocket.” For the main course, guests could choose between pasta made from wheels of parmesan, US-beef, and monkfish served with fregola sarda and lemon. Few could resist our waffles on a stick, which rounded off the evening nicely. Thank you to Vatenblut agency for the invitation to Hamburg and for a lovely award evening.
