SEEK is Berlin’s inspiration and sales fair for contemporary street fashion – of course it wouldn’t have been complete without Fila. The world-renowned sportswear brand hosted an exclusive “Italian evening” at the Badeschiff and presented their new products to around 400 guests. Our job: a flying menu with an Italian touch. Over four courses we served a variety of Italian specials – from burrata to guinea fowl breast with the Italian winter green cime di rapa. As a tribute to Fila, we served homemade ice cream in the Fila brand colours, garnished with smarties and in the form of the Fila logo. Afterwards, guests freshened up with our espresso slush ice.
