Culinary sophistication meets fashion: Berlin Cuisine at the Marc Cain fashion show.
On 18 January 2023, an exclusive fashion show by Marc Cain GmbH took place in the impressive ambience of Tempelhof Airport. Our catering team provided an unforgettable culinary experience for the 400 guests with their unpretentious elegance and creativity.
Truffle risotto with Parmesan foam and chervil, portobello mushroom with marinated black cabbage, walnuts and truffle mash offered a taste masterpiece in the form of a flying menu. The sous vide cooked Angus beef with cauliflower cream brought an elegant touch to the plates, while our Berlin curry sausage with spiced curry sauce and crisps exuded urban style. As sweet highlights, we surprised with grapefruit filled with coconut mousse and raspberry gel, as well as the mango tapioca mousse with passion fruit and jasmine foam.
