On the 29th November, the AVUS Tribüne was transformed into a place where elegance and pleasure went hand in hand. For the year-end event of the Association of German Women Entrepreneurs (VdU), we created a menu as diverse and inspiring as the event and its guests. Thanks to the careful planning and professionalism of our team on site, 80 guests enjoyed an evening that will be remembered.
The start with the Thai salad, enhanced with marinated salmon and coconut vinaigrette, was a perfect blend of freshness and exotic flair. The wild herb salad with apricots and yellow turnips – a vegan composition – impressively showed how exciting plant-based creations can be. As a main course, the whole baked cauliflower with sesame yogurt and lemon gremolata impressed as an excellent vegetarian option. For the meat lovers, there was pink roasted beef, so tender it melted on the tongue. The finale was the Dôme au Chocolat with cherries and honeycress – a dessert that impressed both visually and in taste.
A heartfelt thank-you goes to the Association of German Female Entrepreneurs for their trust. It was our pleasure to accompany this special evening culinarily. An event that proved: good food connects, inspires, and leaves lasting impressions.
