In the vibrant heart of Berlin, at the Heinze Climate Festival for the Building Transition 2023, groundbreaking ideas for a more sustainable world of construction converged. Here, our team set impressive accents. Under the meticulous planning of Franziska, our skilled Key-Account-Manager, we offered 1400 guests at the STATION Berlin a culinary experience that seamlessly integrated into the theme of the event.
Our food stations were more than just spots to eat – they were lively centers of creativity and commitment to sustainability. The 'Satisfying Sourdough' sandwiches, varied and fresh, demonstrated our pursuit of quality and diversity. The live-baked waffles on a stick, which were refined with a selection of toppings such as mango sauce and caramel, were a treat for all the senses. At our panini station, the combination of classic ingredients created a novel interpretation of the dish, while the Berlin tofu sausage with curry sauce and potato chips complemented the vegan offerings cohesively. As a perfect finale, our 'Death by Chocolate' dessert – a juicy brownie and fluffy mousse made from the finest chocolate, topped with preserved fruit and crunch.
