Henn is an architecture firm with branches in Berlin, Munich and Beijing – and an international source of inspiration for contemporary architecture. The Berlin office invited around 250 guests to ewerk for a company evening party. We were able to contribute our contemporary taste to this special event with a set three-course menu. In addition to salmon with mint and coconut, we also served veal with sugar snap peas and sweet potatoes. For dessert, we served up our freshly prepared yoghurt with peach to the delighted guests. Our dish “rockets” was the starter – classic and vegetarian.?Many thanks to Henn for their trust and for this wonderful evening.
