Once a year Berlin Food Week presents Berlin's first-class gastronomy and street food scene. In fall 2015, we were there with our own stand. With the motto 'Sous vide baby,' we surprised the roughly 10,000 festival guests with fresh, innovative, and tasty meat specialties that we served with a pumpkin salad and kaffir lime mayonnaise, and our black currant air.
