Spotted: in the heart of Berlin on the legendary RAW-Gelände lies one of our new partner locations, where we celebrated our first customer event of this year on April 19th. Agatha Hopfen perfectly represents the urban flair and unique charm of the capital, making it a perfect venue for your next event with its sunny open-air areas.
For our latest culinary adventure at Agatha Hopfen, 150 customers and Berlin Cuisine as well as Agatha Hopfen fans were invited. At our main live cooking station, we prepared authentic Japanese spiced Ox Cheek Ramen with Asian braised ox cheeks, udon noodles, crunchy vegetables and ginger in a savory miso broth. The oyster mushrooms as a vegan alternative to the tasty ox cheeks convinced not only vegans. But that was not all! The variety of freshly baked Tarte Flambée with sweet and sour tomatoes and pickled onions or beet and gorgonzola delighted all guests, without exception.
For dessert, waffles on a stick were baked live at our waffle station throughout the evening and topped with various delicious toppings. On this rainy day, our warm, crunchy popcorn created a cozy atmosphere that remained in the memory of every guest, along with the interesting conversations, new acquaintances, and – of course – tasty food.
