For the kick-off of the new electric Porsche Taycan Cross Tourismo, 20 top customers were invited virtually to the Berlin Cuisine Studio. Porsche Berlin Managing Director Tobias Roch cooked together with Creative Director Felix Metzger.
Porsche Berlin curated 3 courses in advance together with Berlin Cuisine.
The starter convinced with salad of grilled winter vegetables with trout caviar.
German heifer filet. Hasselbach potatoes, Brussels sprouts and jus in the main course are rounded off by the dessert with a full-bodied chocolate mousse with juicy quince and crumble.
The fresh-box including instructions was shipped safely home on time to all participants. Via an internal link, all participants could easily log on to the Berlin Cuisine website for the livestream.
The evening kicked off with the introduction of the new electric Porsche Taycan Cross Tourismo.
After the accompanying speech of the managing director the cooking event started. In two hours and with three different camera settings, all participants were able to follow the professional chef's moves and put them into practice at home.
A very relaxed atmosphere and great interaction with all participants could be realized by the accompanied chat and the fading in of the participants in the livestream. After the joint toast and preparation of the dessert, all participants were able to exchange ideas in the private chat room and end the evening with lounge music.
