In the world of aviation, it's all about precision – a philosophy we also embrace at Berlin Cuisine. During our gala event for the DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung held at the impressive Telekom Hauptstadtrepräsentanz, we showcased this meticulous attention to detail to 260 invited guests.
Our menu took off with a selection of exquisite appetizers served in a flying menu: goat cheese tartlets, fjord salmon with horseradish cream, and fresh asparagus bites. In true homage to the aviation theme, our gala dinner perfectly embodied the essential qualities of power and precision. The "Rocket" Thai salad, which comprises either salmon or sweet potato ceviche, accompanied by a coriander-mint salad and a piquant coconut vinaigrette, set the stage for our culinary ascent. For the main course, we offered a choice of three dishes catering to every palate: tender beef fillet with baked potatoes and habanero carrots, and a special Havel zander with bimi, and passionfruit Beurre Blanc. The vegan option, charred leek with miso cream, perfectly complemented the selection.
The evening's pinnacle was our innovative food stations: from the Berliner Luft mousse with raspberries to the spectacular Dragon Breath Popcorn. Desserts truly befitting the grandeur of a touchdown after a long flight.
