A major international firm chose the impressive venue ewerk Berlin as its location for an internal awards ceremony. And they chose us as their award-winning catering partner. We first served 320 guests fine finger food such as Romanesco broccoli, prawns, meat balls and fresh asparagus. After the award ceremony we brought out a set three-course meal for all guests. As starters we served black salsify, truffle and parsley; for the main course beef, sweet potato and port; and for dessert cheesecake, apple and raspberry.
