The Meissen Porcelain Manufactory presented an exhibition of tableware from the past 300 years in the St. Elisabeth Church in Berlin. The credo “Modern Opulence” was a source of aspiration and inspiration for us. At the exhibition opening with 700 guests and at other special events with around 150 guests, we served a flying menu and a three-course menu – of course opulently prepared and served on original Meissen dishes. Here are the highlights of our menu: chicory, goat’s milk and roasted sunflower seeds, beef cooked sous vide with marinated spinach, mille-feuille potatoes and fine truffle jus. We are delighted to have supported Europe's oldest porcelain manufactory in hosting this exclusive event.
