On June 2nd, Berlin Cuisine teamed up with HRG Sports Europe to redefine the playing field for event gastronomy at the 2023 Cup Final in the iconic Motorwerk. With 1200 guests and a variety of food stations, our team demonstrated that excellent food and entertainment together provide an unforgettable experience.
As starters, wild herb salad with apricots and yellow turnips, as well as smoked fish with herb mousse and dill cucumbers, impressed with their freshness and modernity. The main dishes, ranging from beef burgers with Pomeranian beef to saffron-enhanced Beef Barigoule, as well as Nordic-inspired salmon and summer bowls with wild broccoli, showed that contemporary taste and premium quality perfectly harmonize. The BBQ at the outdoor area of the location? A live act that thrilled the crowd with Thuringian grilled sausage and halloumi skewers, proving that a combination of tradition and innovation is the perfect match. The dessert stations, from waffles on a stick to 'Death by Chocolate', provided the sweet finale of the evening.
