At this year's annual kickoff event, which took place on January 26th at the Bolle Festsäle, we elevated the executive conference of a client of the WOWing Experience client to a new culinary level – 400 guests were invited. After an energizing breakfast to set the tone, we served various dishes throughout the day and evening at the food stations and through the flying menu.
Delicious appetizers such as Strammermax, wild herb salad, and Burrata Caprese were served in glasses. Confit Fjord salmon with mustard-braised cucumbers and pink beef with truffled celery cream were true food highlights of the evening. For dessert, tempting treats like “Death by Chocolate” with brownie and airy chocolate mousse, as well as vegan coconut panna cotta with mango coulis, were offered, to ensure that the 2023 kickoff will be fondly remembered.
