eco - Association of the Internet Industry

Where digital pioneers come together, innovation and a forward-looking approach in catering are equally essential – this was the premise for Berlin Cuisine when we took on the culinary design for the congress of the eco - Association of the Internet Industry in the impressive St. Elisabeth Church. On September 5 and 6, 270 guests met in this historic setting to exchange the latest ideas.


Under the competent leadership of our Key Account Manager Anna-Lena, an extraordinary event was created that went far beyond the ordinary. Our food concept? A flying menu that sparks curiosity and encourages dialogue. The highlight was our Chili Con Carne, a traditional dish with a modern twist, and its vegan counterpart, Chili Sin Carne, both refined with sour cream and fresh herbs. "Neukölln Finest" presented itself as a tender chicken shawarma alongside its vegan version, the mushroom shawarma, combined with bread, crisp salad, hummus and zhoug. The cold dishes were as good as the main courses: the garden salad with pumpkin and mustard vinaigrette and the Bavarian potato salad offered a refreshing change. During the coffee break, our irresistible carrot cake and colorful fruit skewers were a delicious treat.


We would like to thank eco - Association of the Internet Industry for their trust. It was a great pleasure to enrich this remarkable event with our Contemporary Taste – we are looking forward to future events together!
