On 28 June, Berlin Cuisine transformed STATION Berlin into a culinary paradise for hub.berlin, now TRANSFORM, the B2B flagship event of the digital association Bitkom, organized by trend factory marketing und veranstaltungs GmbH. With a focus on creativity and quality, our food stations offered an unforgettable taste experience for the 300 guests at the congress and dinner.
Planned by key account manager Nina, the Berlin Cuisine team created a menu that was both inspiring and reflected the innovative spirit of the event. From modern interpretations of BBQ delicacies to fresh poke bowls, every dish was an expression of passion for good food. The celeriac kebab, a creative vegetarian version of the Berlin classic, was a real highlight and topic of conversation among the guests. And for dessert: our signature waffles with various toppings and a large variety of cakes.
This event was more than just a catering job; it was a platform for us to demonstrate our dedication to detail and commitment to quality. A big thank you to trend factory for giving us the opportunity to be part of this remarkable evening. Another thank you to Bitkom!
