For a conference organized by Deutsche Bahn AG at the beginning of June in Berlin's Motorwerk, Berlin Cuisine set new standards in event catering. Under the careful planning of our key account manager Nina, an event was organized that will live long in the memory. The historic industrial hall of the Motorwerk provided the perfect backdrop for our culinary creativity and the 900 expectant guests.
The food stations curated by us and our impressive GIANT grill attracted everyone's attention. Our chefs demonstrated their skills live as they prepared grilled specialties with a precision and passion that fascinated the audience.
“Neukölln's Finest” was the star of the evening: whether it was the classic chicken shawarma or the vegan mushroom version — served with fresh bread, crispy salad, creamy hummus and spicy zhoug, each component reflected our attention to detail and quality.
The Mexican quesadillas and live-baked waffles on a stick complemented the offering in a way that was both traditional and innovative.
