A new electric vehicle was presented at Kraftwerk Berlin. For the launch, we brought finger food, a vegetarian 3-course menu and a dessert station for 150 guests. We served veggie finger food, the BC Sour in a test tube on dry ice, and sunflower as an amuse-bouche. Followed by sweet potatoes with coriander and mint salad as a starter, white asparagus as a main course and waffles and grapefruit with yogurt mousse for dessert. Thanks for the trust in us!
