On June 24, 2023, Berlin Cuisine transformed Strandbad Grünau into an oasis of culinary highlights on the occasion of Energy Radio's Energy Music Tour. Under the expert planning of Key Account Manager Stefanie, our team of 5 service employees provided an artist and VIP catering experience that was as modern and dynamic as the music itself.
Our food stations, spread out along the idyllic lido, offered a varied selection that perfectly matched the lively atmosphere of the event. Throughout the day, we served a variety of salads in a glass, 4 kinds of vegetarian and vegan bowls and typical Italian pasta pomodoro & parmesan for the festival artists. Our Do-It-Yourself station “Neukölln Finest” also turned out to be a highlight — classic chicken or mushroom shawarma with bread, salad, hummus and zhoug.
In addition to our Bread n Butter offer, snacks, smoothies and a salad bar were freely available for the VIPs of the event during the day. For dinner, visitors particularly enjoyed the hearty delicacies such as Brandenburg antipasti, a variation of classic, vegetarian and vegan tarte flambée and pulled salmon and cauliflower burger creations. And to add a sweet touch and round off the evening, our homemade waffles on a stick were met with great enthusiasm by the guests.
Each dish was carefully selected to reflect the energy and spirit of the music festival. This event was not only a catering triumph, but also a testament to our ability to create bespoke experiences that perfectly complement the occasion.
