Berlin Cuisine meets Clärchens Ballhaus 2018

Sometimes birthday parties can be on the large side – with 450 guests, for example. We were pretty bowled over by the invitation to Clärchens Ballhaus, a historic dance school in Berlin Mitte. “Fancy Asia” was the motto of the celebration, so we put together an Asian-inspired buffet centred on our funky Asia station with Beijing beef noodles and fine salmon kimchi miso. We also served up a flying buffet with lamb chops with flamed leeks and spicy acili ezme paste.
