The magazine of Heeresbäckerei Berlin, once an old bakery, now a prime event location, is an excellent place to get acquainted with our contemporary taste. That’s why we chose the location to invite our clients, friends and partners to a special three-course dinner. And of course it was something very special: For the starter we served beetroot in Konigsberg style – a salad of baked beets and marinated lamb’s lettuce with horseradish cream and crispy capers and croutons. For the main course we prepared perfectly cooked veal fillet in crusty bread crust and baked leeks and nut butter mashed potatoes. For dessert we delighted the guests with a fresh brioche with apples and caramel. Many thanks to everyone who came for the wonderful evening together.
