TDI stands for “Tag der deutschen Industrie” – “Conference of German Industry”. This is where the country’s most influential industrial players network and exchange ideas. The two-day program consisted of lectures, panels and networking events. The Shedhalle in the Berlin Funkhaus was the perfect venue. We were there with our cooks and service teams to fortify 800 guests on the first day and 1,400 on the second with our all-day snacks, chilli con carne and fruits on ice. Our giant BBQ grill, where we cooked our homemade sausages, was a special highlight. Many thanks to TDI for the invitation as well as to Schrenk & Schrenk for the excellent cooperation.
