On July 13, 2023 Berlin Cuisine once again proved that catering is much more than just serving food. In the elegant ambience of the Villa Konschewski in Berlin, we put together an exclusive gala dinner. Our key account manager and event manager Anna-Lena Jäger masterfully managed the event, accompanied by a service team of eight.
40 guests experienced a four-course menu in a class of its own. And of course we thought of vegetarians and people with food allergies. First impressions count, and our crusty gray bread with Mediterranean Rouille butter immediately whetted the appetite for more. Then we followed up with pickled asparagus tips on champagne yeast cream, accompanied by Balik salmon and Osietra caviar.
For the main course, no one was left wanting: while meat lovers enjoyed a filet of Havel Wagyu, we offered vegetarians an equally flavorful Redefined Meatfilet. Both options were rounded off with stuffed artichoke hearts and fresh summer truffles.
And because we all know the best comes at the end, our team served a Flying Pre-Dessert consisting of Ruinart Rose Sorbet with Elderberry Nitro Pearls, followed by a Flying Dessert of Strawberry Cheesecake, Strawberry Tea, Rhubarb Sorbet and Peppermint.
