Berlin is showing its sunny side – just like our catering at the summer party of one Berlin consulting firm in Spandau. Under a brilliantly blue sky, a day unfolded, marked by Berlin Cuisine's fine elegance and a touch of French flair. Thanks to the careful planning of our Key Account Manager Franziska and the professionalism of our on-site team, the 100 guests experienced an event where freshness and lightness were the focus.


Our finger food, artfully arranged on basalt plates, offered a modern twist on traditional flavors. A sensory highlight was the beef tartare on sourdough bread, served in flying service – simple yet sophisticated. The gamba tartlet and the goat cheese tartlet with tomatoes and olives playfully rounded off the day.


Our roast beef salad and aromatic grilled vegetables enriched the culinary palette as main courses. The charm lay in simplicity, coupled with a touch of innovation. The food stations, including the Giant BBQ with live-prepared dishes, offered a vibrant experience. The selection ranged from tender grilled US beef steak to vegetarian BBQ specialties, appealing to all senses. For a fresh and sweet finale, we delighted our guests with our Coco Loco station.


We would like to thank all our guests for their trust. This day was a wonderful fusion of sunny Berlin flair and culinary creativity, a true testament that great food and unique moments go hand in hand.
