Let's take a culinary look back at the spectacular real estate forum event at the brand-new AVUS Tribüne – an evening filled with captivating panel talks, inspiring networking and, of course, with Contemporary Taste. All of this – next to the fast A115!
The finger-food style appetizers started with timeless classics: tender beef tartar with fresh chives, nestled in a crispy tartlet, together with gold risotto balls filled with tempting tomato marmalade, served with saffron mayonnaise and roasted pine nuts. With appetizers in the glasses, our guests were taken to a true taste journey – from the classic Caesar salad with juicy corn-fed chicken to the exotic Thai salad with marinated salmon and coconut vinaigrette.
Then came the main courses, served as a flying menu! Pink Roasted Beef – tender fillet of beef with oven-roasted potatoes, fiery habanero carrots, and enticing truffle jus - made every heart beat faster. Singapore Lemon Chicken was a true highlight of the evening: juicy country chicken with a mildly spicy lemon sauce, served on grass-green parsley purée – every bite was a real WOW moment.
