On September 6, 2023, Berlin Cuisine led a culinary symphony at Cavalry Ventures' exclusive evening event at the renowned Staatsoper Berlin. Coordinated and planned by Michelle, we presented an exquisite flying menu that perfectly matched the opera evening theme.
With 70 exquisite guests, the ambience was as refined as the food itself. The roast beef salad, served in a glass with tartar sauce and small potatoes, opened the menu. This was perfectly accompanied by the smoked trout with herb mousse and dill pickles and the Strammer Max with potato cream and quail egg as further starters.
The main courses, consisting of one of our signature dishes “Vitello BC” — pink saddle of veal with green parsley sauce and smoked trout, garnished with caper rose and salt lemon — our all-time favorite poke bowl and baked beet with hazelnut saté, were real highlights. The crowning glory was our Death by Chocolate dessert and the vegan BC Raspberry Bomb.
This event was a tribute to elegance and flavor, and we thank Cavalry Ventures for the opportunity to be a part of this extraordinary evening.
