For already twenty years, the Jewish Museum Berlin and the Society of Friends and Sponsors of the Jewish Museum Berlin Foundation have been awarding the Prize for Understanding and Tolerance. We had the pleasure of participating again! This year we brought a 3-course menu, including Bread'n Butter as an appetizer. For starters we served a salad of black salsify, cranberries and smoked duck breast. For the main course we had Pink Roasted Beef and as an alternative, vegan option, Celery Steak. The sweet ending was provided by Elderberries, Raspberry Sorbet and Champagne, Berlin Cuisine Signature Dessert Dish Burning Alaska, light blue macarons and assorted tartelettes!
