We share some beautiful memories with Porsche – as a catering partner we have already accompanied the unveiling of the Cayenne (learn more) and the Panamera (learn more). In the spring of 2019 we worked with Porsche once again. For the presentation of the new 911 in Porsche’s Berlin warehouse, our Creative Director Food Felix Metzger designed a special three-course menu with flying dessert. The main course was medium-rare beef fillet and confit white halibut. We also presented our Porsche ice praline adorned with the characteristic 911 polar silver metallic finish and our nitrogen-soaked dragon popcorn. Many thanks to the teams of hundertsieben live relations and Porsche Centres in Berlin for this wonderful evening.
