The AVUS Tribüne is a place where history comes alive, and the BAR115 event on August 24th marked a notable addition. This customer event seamlessly combined culture, music, art and culinary excellence to create an unforgettable experience. The central theme? Networking. Light installations showed the way, while DJ beats set the perfect rhythm in combination with a video performance on the history of AVUS.


And what would a networking event be without premium event catering? The starters from our Flying Menu set the bar: Filled chicory leaves with elderberry reduction and shrimp on puffed cannoli rice, evaluating the term "crispy" to a new level. For the main courses, we impressed with a trio of plant-based foie gras mousse on honey bread with apple, onion, and hazelnut, vegan smoked salmon tartare with marinated green peas, and an unforgettable “Redefine” flank steak with truffle jus and spinach cream. And for the finale? Our fresh dessert highlight: the iced lemon. The peel of a lemon filled with lemon sorbet, limoncello cream, and thyme, served with a special surprise effect.
