A leading player in the global music industry wanted to present a new product and discuss topical issues with around 400 industry experts. Total Management and Ciceron Group organized a two-day event in Berlin that combined a conference in Motorwerk and a networking evening in Haubentaucher. We took care of drinks and food on both days. For the conference we rustled up some fruit and several light salads, both of which we served in jars. We set up our food stations over in Haubentaucher and presented an international selection of classics – of course in Berlin Cuisine style. Among other delicious dishes, we served Bao Burger, fish taco, falafel, burgers and finger food. Our fresh waffles were the perfect sweet end to the event. Many thanks to Total Management and Ciceron Group for the professional organisation – we were very happy to be there.
