Sometimes speed is everything. Even if the task is serving 1,000 guests at the international gala dinner of a renowned Swiss company in a huge venue such as the Berlin Postbahnhof. We had 90 minutes to serve the guests a set three-course menu – just in time, all freshly prepared. We started with strammer max with chervil and chutney. For the main course we combined medium rare beef with asparagus and mangetout. For desert, there was peach, yogurt and mint. The client was thrilled and we also think that we mastered the challenge with flying colours thanks to our great team.
