Surrounded by the impressive light installation “Skalar”, we put on our first independent event at Kraftwerk Berlin in early 2018. We wanted to thank our customers and partners for their outstanding cooperation and invite them to a networking party. Over a whole evening, we presented our guests examples of our contemporary catering at Berlin Cuisine; how we always snatch up the latest trends in food, give them a lot of thought and then come up with fresh interpretations. For example, we combined beetroot with hazelnut satay, shiso cress and puffed wild rice, and served cooked celery dumplings in sesame sauce on a base of tahini, kasar, cress and lemon dressing.
