The UFA has written film history. For a century. And they celebrated this with a magnificent gala in the Palais am Funkturm. We pampered the 450 invited guests with our freshly prepared finger foods and dishes served in glasses. A special attraction: our arancini di riso nero filled with jumbo prawns, pine nuts and coconut. We were also on hand with seven food stations from which we served freshly baked bread, sous-vide prepared US-flank steak, and Hawaiian poké fish salad. Thank you to UFA for this one-of-a-kind gala.
